 Here's how I set the devices with MidiKeys2Keys

1. Download MidiKeys2Keys from here 

2. Plug the device with your PC and select ParksTool Midi device

3. press the start button the the right up corner to listen to midi device.

4. Press any key to check the data. the data will be shown up in the Midi-in log view down below.

5. double click on the data row.

6. A popup shows up. In this example, the key will be set as "Start Program" click on the next tab and check Active

You need to check both React on 1st value and React on 2nd value so it only react pressed. 

if you put a web address there, it will automatically open a default browser and show the web site.
