How to Disable a Specific Potentiometer (or Any Encoder or Key) Using the Web Configuration Tool

Sometimes, components in MIDI devices can malfunction, resulting in erratic and unwanted MIDI values. This issue is particularly common with potentiometers and faders, as they are sensitive by nature. Such errant MIDI messages can consume valuable MIDI channel bandwidth and lead to unpredictable sound behavior.
To address this issue, you can easily disable the problematic component using the web configuration tool. Each component has an associated checkbox; simply uncheck the box for the affected component and click the "send" button to disable it.
