Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Posti Priority from Finland.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Finland: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties
ParksTool Oy is based in Finland, EU. Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ParksTool Oy has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your shipment via the Posti website  or your local postal service.

Lost or Delayed Packages
